Recipe: Protein Ice Cream Two Ways

Now you can have your ice cream and eat it too! Here's two quick, healthy ways to stay cool and reach your daily protein goal.
Method 1: Just throw a Fuel For Fire Smoothie (we love Banana Cocoa for this!) in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Squeeze into a bowl and enjoy! Pro tip: If you're having trouble squeezing the contents of the pack out, just cut into the pack.
Method 2: May yield 2 servings, depending on your idea of a serving.
Ingredients:
- 1 Fuel For Fire pack
- 1 frozen banana
- Splash of milk of choice (we like almond and coconut milk!)
- Handful of ice
Instructions:
- Empty contents of Fuel For Fire into a blender
- Add frozen banana and blend
- Add in milk until desired consistency is reached
- Add in ice if the consistency is too liquid-y
Optional: top with granola, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, almond or peanut butter & enjoy!
